PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an index signal generator wherein the efficiency of a motor can be improved by restraining torque loss, and the number of components and working manhour can be reduced. SOLUTION: Instead of a magnetic sensor like a Hall element which is used conventionally, iron cores 7 around which coils 8 for index detection are wound are installed on a stator core 1. Consequently, forms of iron cores 2, 7 can be made uniform whether a boil to be wound is a coil 3 for generating a rotating magnetic field or the coil 8 for index detection, so that the torque loss can be restrained. |
