PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a card inserted in a card-setting position from inadvertently ejected in case of a card connector which is made to eject the card with elastic bias together with a slider from the card-setting position by pushing in an operating member. SOLUTION: A slider 5, a slider lock mechanism, an operating member 8 for releasing locking state of the slider lock mechanism, and a card lock mechanism are provided. The card lock mechanism is equipped with a lock lever 7 fitted on the slider 5 and a lever-sliding part 61 on the side of a case body 1. When the slider 5 advances, the lever-sliding part 61 hits the lock lever in sliding. When the slider 5 is already in an advanced position, a card 100 is positioned and locked so that the lever-sliding member 61 shall not swing the lock lever.
