SOLUTION: A first user directly accesses the storage area of a storage area provider server 5 through a first network 100 and stores/calls information. In the case of going abroad, the first user uses the different terminal 15 of the first user and stores/calls the information to the storage area of the storage area provider server 50 through an Internet information provider server 60 connected to a second network 110. In such a manner, since the first user just bears the communication charge of only the part of a code A, communication is performed within the country from a foreign country or the like at a low cost.
