PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of requiring much mailing costs for mailing bills with a bar code to respective customers. SOLUTION: The demand side 100 transmits the bills with a bar code formed by a bill forming part 102 to portable terminal apparatuses 200 possessed by the respective customers via a communication network 400 from a communication part 101. The portable terminal apparatuses 200 of the respective customers receive the bills with a bar code by the communication part 201, and display the bills on a display part 203. A payment device 300 reads the bar code displayed on the display part 203 of the portable terminal apparatuses 200 by a reading part 301, and recognizes the content of the bar code transmitted by the demand side 100. A receipt forming part 302 reads out a demand amount from the content of the bar code recognized by the read part 301, and forms a receipt. |
