PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory module being inexpensive, practical, and large capacity by constituting a memory module (DIMM) using an inexpensive SDRAM put to practical use now. SOLUTION: A control circuit outputting plural new chip selecting signal from an address signal, a clock enable-signal, and a chip selecting signal is formed to a SDRAM module, and the number of SDRAM being controllable is increased. Consequently, four inexpensive 16 Mbit×4 bit.SDRAM can be used instead of expensive 32 Mbit×8 bit.SDRAM. |
