1. A mould for casting shaped articles from concrete mixture, comprising a bottom, side and end walls, characterized in that is made as an integral piece from plastic, the linear expansion coefficient of which is bigger than that of concrete. 2. The mould as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that a longitudinal U-shaped protrusion is provided in its bottom, one end of which abuts the end wall of the mould and has a protruding belt along the perimeter, the other end has a clearance relative to the corresponding end wall of the mould, wherein the mould is provided with an end insert according to the clearance width, a U-shaped groove is made in it for forming in a cast concrete article a protrusion shaped as a recess at its opposite end formed by the protruding belt of the mould longitudinal protrusion. 3. The mould as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the mould is provided with an additional transverse U-shaped insert, one end of which is curved adapted for coupling with the side surface of the U-shaped longitudinal protrusion, the other end is identical to the end of this protrusion abutting the end wall of the mould. 4. The mould as claimed in claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the mould is provided with two additional shaped longitudinal inserts along its length, each of them is limited by two orthogonally related plane edges and connecting said edges by a curved surface according to the side surface of the longitudinal projection. 5. The mould as claimed in any of claims 2 to 4, characterized in that the mould is provided with two flat projections arranged on the mould bottom along both sides of the longitudinal protrusion, the height of said flat projections is substantially less the height of the longitudinal protrusion. 6. The mould as claimed in any of the preceding claims, characterized in that said mould is made of polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS, polystyrene or composite materials based thereon. 7. A method for fabricating an element of a drainage system by casting concrete mixture into the mould, compacting it on a vibration table, maintaining it to hardening and taking the ready article out of the mould, characterized in that the mould is used as claimed in any of claims 1 to 7 and prior to taking the ready article out, the mould is heated to the temperature of plastic expansion start in all mould parts. 8. The method as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that the mould is heated in a bath filled with hot liquid, preferably with water. 9. The method as claimed in claim 8, characterized in that the mould is heated with liquid temperature between 60-70 degree C during 30-90 sec. 10. The method as claimed in any of claims 7 to 9, characterized in that prior to casting concrete, metal elements of a support frame are placed on the bottom along its side walls. |
