The intention relates to an ink supply vessel connected with the fill-up ink box of the printer, which is applicable to a continuous ink supply system. The ink supply vessel comprises the ink tank with a low ink level area in the main body used for the storage of ink; a board piece arranged in the ink tank and connected with the side of the main body, which formed a vertical displacement area with the main body; a floating device with a conductive layer, which increases and decreases in the vertical displacement area with the ink level; a plurality of contact bodies in the low ink level adjacent respectively with the main body in the vertical displacement area and the board piece. The contact bodies have a height degree of difference among themselves. When the ink drops to a low ink level area, the floating device will decrease comparatively in the vertical displacement area and send a signal to the printer to inform that the ink has been used up when the conducting layer contacts the contact bodies step by step. |
