摘要 A cooling system using a power semiconductor for an electricity facility using a generation cycle is provided to reduce an operation cost by circulating a condensed refrigerant after the refrigerant is evaporated by the waste heat and is delivered to a condenser. A thyristor electric power facility(61) uses a thyristor and has a refrigerant circulation path for cooling a reactor or resistor. A condenser(91) is installed in an upper part of the thyristor electric power facility. The refrigerant is filled in the refrigerant circulation path of the thyristor electric power facility. The refrigerant circulation path of the thyristor power electric facility and the refrigerant circulation path of a condenser are connected by one or more pipes. A controller senses the cooling temperature and controls the driving of the condenser, or senses the refrigerant amount of the refrigerant tank.
