The invention relates to a pharmaceutical preparation containing at least on e compound of formula (I), wherein R1~, R2~, R3~, R4~ and X have the meanings as cited in Claim No. 1, and to their physiologically safe salts and/or solvate s, and containing; a) at least one antithrombotic agent or; b) at least one calcium antagonist or; c) at least on prostaglandin or prostaglandin derivative for producing a medicament used for treating angina, hypertension , pulmonary hypertension, congestive heart failure (CHF), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), cor pulmonale, right ventricular failure, atherosclerosis, conditions of reduced patency of the heart vessels, peripheral vascular diseases, cerebrovascular accident, bronchitis, allergic asthma, chronic asthma, allergic rhinitis, glaucoma, irritable bowel syndrom e, tumors, kidney failure, cirrhosis of the liver, and for treating female sexu al dysfunctions.
