PURPOSE: A process of a hair growing agent composition containing natural extracts having the function of a blood flow accelerator, local stimulator, antiinflammatory agent and hair root activator is provided. Whereby, the composition has an excellent depletion-preventing and hair growth promoting effect of about 90% or more. CONSTITUTION: This composition comprises 0.1 to 10% by weight of Ganoderma lucidum Karst., 0.1 to 10% by weight of Swertia pseudo-chinensis (Bunge) Hara, 0.1 to 10% by weight of red pepper seed, 0.1 to 10% by weight of Paeonia suffruticosa, 0.1 to 10% by weight of Mentha arvensis, 0.1 to 10% by weight of Sophora flavescens, 0.1 to 10% by weight of Swertia pseudo-chinensis (Bunge) Hara, 0.1 to 10% by weight of yeonmyeongpi(Korean native name), 0.1 to 10% by weight of Polygoni multiflori radix, 0.1 to 10% by weight of placenta and 0.1 to 10% by weight of Cordyceps sinensis.
