PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink for inkjet recording apparatuses capable of printing lines, figures, letters, and surfaces in highly anti-light colors such as bright metallic and white colors. SOLUTION: The ink is prepared by using a highly anti-light color pigment 60 in which the outer surface of a sphere 10 made of a plastic low in specific gravity is coated by a highly anti-light metallic coating 20. The dead load of the pigment 60 is rendered to be much lighter than that of the metallic pigment made of a highly anti-light metallic material high in specific gravity. It is so designed that the pigment 60 may stay afloat in the ink stably over a prolonged period. Lines, figures, letters, and surfaces are printed in highly anti-light colors which are metallic, white, and so forth, by inkjet recording apparatuses using the pigment 60 afloat in the ink solvent. |
