PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel carrying-in lift capable of loading and unloading a building material without blocking traffic even if a front road is narrow site by reducing a working space required for the carrying-in of a panel. SOLUTION: This panel carrying-in lift L can turn a carriage 1 vertically moving along a post 11 erected on a support base 10 around the post 11 between a loading side F and an unloading side R. The carriage 1 has an L shape in a side view comprising a vertical part 2 and a horizontal part 3, an end part of the horizontal part 3 is provided with a stopper 7, a fixing belt BT is fixed to the carriage 1, and the carriage 1 is vertically moved with the panel P erected.
