PURPOSE: A method for fabricating an organic light emitting diode is provided to prevent a crosstalk interference problem and reduce process time by insulating electrodes without using polymer and by planarizing the surface of a cathode metal. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(300) is prepared. A plurality of grooves(304) are formed in the substrate. An anode(310) is formed in the bottom of the groove. An organic light emitting layer(326) is formed on the anode. A plurality of cathodes are formed on the substrate. The groove is formed by using a mask in etching the substrate through a plasma dry etch method or a laser carving method. |
