PURPOSE: A system and a method for synchronizing personal information using a sync manager program are provided to easily synchronize personal information among a personal information server, a personal computer and a mobile radio terminal by executing a personal information transmission program and a sync manager program. CONSTITUTION: A personal information server(20) is equipped with a storage unit(202), a connection unit(203) and a central processing unit(201). The storage unit(202) stores the first personal information and a personal information transmission program capable of transmitting the information. The connection unit(203) transmits the first personal information. The central processing unit(201) transmits the information through the connection unit(203) by executing the program. A mobile radio terminal(23) is equipped with a storage unit(232) and a central processing unit(231). The storage unit(232) stores the second personal information. The central processing unit(231) transmits the second information through a connection unit(233). A personal computer(22) is equipped with a connection unit(223), a data input/output unit(224), a storage unit(222) and a central processing unit(221). The connection unit(223) receives the first information transmitted through the Internet(21). The input/output unit(224) receives the second personal information. The storage unit(222) stores a sync manager program capable of synchronizing personal information. The central processing unit(221) transmits the second information synchronized through the input/output unit(224).
