PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controlling device for a flow rate of boiler-feed water which can joint well the feed water discharged from a turbine driven feed pump and a motor driven feed pump different in capacity from each other, and enables control of the flow rate of the feed water in a feed water flow rate control valve, in the same way as in the case of one pump and which dispenses with equalizing the capacities of the turbine driven and motor driven feed pumps, so that the capacities may conform with the large one, and thus enables reduction of the cost of installation and operation. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a control circuit 32, which outputs to a discharge pressure control valve 27 a valve travel command 31 for eliminating pressure deviation of a discharge output 25a of the turbine driven feed pump 21a detected by a turbine driven feed pressure detector 26a and a discharge output 25b of the motor driven feed pump 21b, detected by a motor driven feed pressure detector 26b from each other.
