PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chassis frame for an electric vehicle facilitating cooling of element parts mounted under the floor, by designing the frame so that occupants can put their feet into the frame below the floor face, while making a floor structure flat by use of hollow columnar structural bodies. SOLUTION: The chassis frame for an electric vehicle comprises hollow columnar bodies of rectangular cross section which are used as frames 2. A plurality of these hollow shafts are arranged in parallel as they are oriented vertically. Upper and lower flat plates 3 and 4 are provided above and below the plurality of frames 2.
