An end of a siphon tube which belongs to an apparatus for withdrawing a liquid is inserted securely into a recess on the bottom surface of a container. Provided is a system for withdrawing the liquid (100), wherein a plug (10) installed in an opening (21) of the inner container (20) has a cylindrical contact unit (11) which comes in contact with the inner circumferential surface of the opening (21); a stopping overhang (12) which is connected to the lower end of the cylindrical contact unit (11); a cylindrical guide unit (13) which is connected to the lower end of the stopping overhang (12); the siphon tube (14) which is inserted to the bottom surface (20b) of the inner container (20); and a flow path unit (15) which comprises a liquid flow path and a gas flow path. Meanwhile, a second length (L2) between the lower end (13a) of the cylindrical guide unit (13) and the end (14a) of the siphon tube (14) in the direction of an X2 axis is shorter than a first length (L1) between the top end of the opening (21) and the bottom surface (20b) of the inner container (20) in the direction of an X1 axis while a third length (L3) between the stopping overhang (12) and the end (14a) of the siphon tube (14) in the direction of the X2 axis is longer than the first length (L1).
