PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic pressure fluid bearing device capable of preventing the occurrence of a trouble in a function as the dynamic pressure fluid bearing device due to the expansion of an outside diameter of one end part of a shaft part by fixing an overhanging member to the one end part of the shaft part and provide a motor provided with the same. SOLUTION: A female screw hole 12d opened in a left end part is provided in the shaft part 12a. A left end outer peripheral part of the shaft part 12a is formed into a tapered outer peripheral face 12a1. An annular protruding part 12b3 is provided in a right side outer peripheral part of a head part 12b1 in the overhanging member 12b provided with a male screw body 12b2 protruding to the right integrally in a central part of the substantially disclike head part 12b1. An inner peripheral face of the annular protruding part 12b3 is formed into the tapered inner peripheral face 12b4. When the male screw body 12b2 is screw-fitted in the female screw hole 12d and the overhanging member 12b is fixed to the left end part of the shaft part 12a, the tapered inner peripheral face 12b4 of the overhanging member 12b is brought into pressure-contact with the tapered outer peripheral face 12a1 of the shaft part 12a to suppress the expansion of the outside diameter in the vicinity of the left end part of the shaft part 12a.
