PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute various kinds of user limitation or management of fee- charging by each person or department when one printer is shared by a plural members, in a department or in a group. SOLUTION: The number of total printing times is stored in an NVRAM 9, and counter information in categories more than in the NVRAM 9 are stored in an extension NVRAM module 12. When one printer is shared by plural members in a department or in a group, the management of the number of printing sheets or pages, limitation of a user or summing of the number of printed sheets by each department is executed. |
