EXTRUSION MOLDING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR MOLDING USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion molding machine capable of forming a molding in a prescribed shape to assure a quality of a shape or the like of the molding and a method for molding using the same. SOLUTION: The extrusion molding machine 10 melts at least a part of a waste mainly containing crushed plastics, extrudes the waste from a plurality of extrusion ports 17 formed at a die plate 16, and cuts the extruded waste by a cutter 18 disposed at a downstream side from the ports 17 to manufacture a lumped molding 19 usable as a coke material. The machine 10 comprises a shielding plate 27 provided at the downstream side of the cutter 18 and capable of being contacted with the moldings 19a extruded from the plurality of the ports 17. The machine 10 cuts the plurality of the moldings 19a contacted with the plate 27 by the cutter 18 to align the lengths.
