PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device that prevents oil from spilling from an oil reservoir tank when the fixing device is detached from a printer main body or when the printer main body is inclined and that is small-sized, low-cost and easy to use. SOLUTION: The oil reservoir tank is composed of a first reservoir part for holding oil scraped off by a blade, and a second oil reservoir part for holding the oil replenished from an oil bottle. The bottom of the first oil reservoir part is positioned higher than the bottom of the second oil reservoir part.
