SOLUTION: The tool support mechanism has a motor driven by a predetermined signal, a rotatory power transmission mechanism for transmitting the rotatory power due to the driving of the motor, a shaking plate arranged to a predetermined support shaft in a freely shakable manner and shaken around the support shaft accompanied by the transmission of rotatory power due to the rotary power transmission mechanism, a tool holder arranged to the support shaft in a freely shakable manner to hold the tool, and the elastic member arranged between the shaking plate and the tool holder and changing the energizing force applied to the tool holder corresponding to the shaking of the shaking plate.
