<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polymer particle having narrow distribution of particle size, having modified evadable projections extending from inside of the particle to the outside of surface and having high flowability, excellent antiblocking property (non-coagulating), electrostatic property, durability, optical property and dyeability, and to provide a method for producing it. SOLUTION: This polymer particle having modified evadable projections on the surface has a volume-average particle size dv being 1<=dv<=15 (μm), a particle size distribution expressed by a ratio dv/dn of volume-average particle size dv to number-average particle size dn being 1<=dv/dn<=1.2, and has projections on the surface of substantially spherical particle, where a functional group contained in the projection forms a salt with a cationic or anionic surfactant having a fluoroalkyl group.</p> |
