PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical wiring member in which optical fibers are integrally arrayed in a two-dimensional plane and to provide an optical circuit part consisting of the optical element part and an optical wiring member in order to facilitate connection and handling of the optical element part and realize an optimal optical wiring method. SOLUTION: The optical wiring member 1 is provided with a body part 3 having a bent part 3b in which a plurality of optical fibers 2 are enveloped and wired on the two-dimensional plane and terminal connecting parts 4 which are provided integrally with one end of the body part 3 and in which the optical fibers 2 are enveloped and formed on the same plane as the body part.
