PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary nut capable of preventing the nut from dropping from an arm when fixing equipment and materials on a member and a part preventing a hand from reaching an inner side and a rear surface by a bolt. SOLUTION: In the rotary nut consisting of the nut having a through screw hole and a protruding shaft for rotation on both side faces and provided with an inclined face for rotation for causing rotation when pressed by a bolt at one end and a frame body provided with a pair of arms on both sides of a flange part having a bolt insertion hole to attach the nut rotatably and slidably between opposing arms by supporting the protruding shaft for rotation by a guide groove provided on the arm, a tip side of the arm is bent to an inner side with an angle from the flange part to prevent the nut 5 from dropping from the arm 8.
