DATA UPDATING SYSTEM AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data updating system which is capable of capable of synthesizing more natural and high-quality speech dealing with new vocabularies and wording in broadcast programs and automatic broadcast formation and signal transmission and a recording medium. SOLUTION: The speech is introduced from an I/O 1003 and is subjected to speech recognition by a CPU 1001. The CPU 1001 investigates whether the data having the same reading as the result of the speech recognition is registered on a hard disk 1007 or not and if this data is not registered, the CPU 1001 forms the data and registers the data on the hard disk 1007.
