BLOCK MOLDED PRODUCT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a block molded product by which a used PET bottle, a used glass bottle, etc., are recovered, pulverized and reprocessed to thereby effectively utilize waste materials and even the strength can be satisfied. SOLUTION: The PET bottle 22 is pulverized into small pulverized pieces 24, which are thermally melted to produce a PET molten liquid 27. A polyethylene glycol as a plasticizer 26 and an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer as a reinforcing agent are mixed in the resultant PET molten liquid 27 and pulverized glass pieces 25 are then added. The PET molten liquid 27 and the glass pieces 25 are stirred and molded into a boundary block 21 executed onto a boundary between a roadway and a sidewalk.
