PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress a flicker regulation, a power source higher harmonic, and a noise terminal voltage in a fixing unit 39 having heaters 39c and 39d for two or more fixation heating rollers and the image forming device equipped with the fixing unit, and to perform the optimum temperature control. SOLUTION: When it is necessary to start to drive two heaters 39c and 39d simultaneously on the basis of a control result by a roller temperature control means, the driving timing of one heater is delayed more than the period during which the phase control of the other heater is performed so that phase control periods by a phase control means does not overlap with each other.
