PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a Raman cell is provided, which prevents foreign substances from being generated in the Raman cell, by performing an internal surface treatment of a Raman cell housing formed by drilling and reaming. CONSTITUTION: According to the method, the first Raman cell housing is formed by drilling and reaming(S310). Then, the first Raman cell housing is dipped into a special etching blend solution and its internal surface is corroded(S320). A combining body of the first Raman cell housing is completed by an electron beam welding(S330). A gas is filled into the Raman cell housing combining body(S340). And it is checked whether a Raman laser of the second wavelength band is output, by radiating a laser beam of the first wavelength band to the Raman cell housing combining body.
