PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-resolution radar apparatus which can obtain an ISAR reproduced image for every target when a plurality of targets approaching and arriving. SOLUTION: Isolated reflecting points on ISAR images of the plurality of targets approaching and arriving are extracted. The feature of the ISAR images near the reflecting points is extracted for each isolated reflecting point. On the basis of the feature, the isolated reflecting points on the same targets are grouped. Their fecthed image data are captured and processed. Thereby, the ISAR reproduced image for every target can be obtained.
