PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structurally simple and inexpensive vehicular fuel warning device for properly letting a driver know that a fuel residual quantity in a fuel tank decreases. SOLUTION: This fuel warning device has a display 2, a level detector 3 for operating the display 2 in a first mode so as to display this by detecting that the fuel residual quantity in the fuel tank 21 of a vehicle 5 becomes a prescribed value or less, and a fuel warning distance integrating means 1 for integrating a travel distance of the vehicle from the time of starting operation in the first mode of the display 2. When the travel distance by the fuel warning distance integrating means 1 from the time of starting operation of the display 2 reaches a specific value, the final display control means 4 operates the display 2 in a second mode.
