PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure stable barrier properties by obtaining a barrier film roll of stable film thickness composition. SOLUTION: In the transparent gas-barrier film roll having an inorganic oxide layer and a heat-sealable resin layer, in the positional relationship among the oxide layer, the base film of the oxide layer, and the resin layer, the resin layer is arranged at least on the side of the oxide layer, and the maximum film thickness of the oxide layer is 1.5 times or below as large as the minimum film thickness.
