FLOW-ON MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR FIBER REINFORCED CEMENT PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the surface texture of a fiber reinforced cement panel by reducing the crater-like air mark caused by the involution of air generated on the surface of the fiber reinforced cement panel manufactured according to a flow-on manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In the flow-on manufacturing method for the fiber reinforced cement panel constituted by supplying a slurry (1) with a solid concentration of 25-65%, which contains cement and fibers as a main raw material and is obtained by dispersing cement and fibers in water, to a water permeable sheet (3) and subsequently applying predetermined vibration to the slurry from the surface side thereof and dehydrating the slurry through the water permeable sheet while levelling the slurry to manufacture the sheetlike fiber reinforced cement panel (10), a sheetlike defoaming means (11) is brought into contact with the surface part of the slurry.
