PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wear with an indication of exercise information, enabling a user to promptly know the information helpful to an exercise when he/she does the exercise. SOLUTION: This wear as a training shirt 1 is so designed that an exercise menu comprising plural exercise items is indicated thereon as an illustration 2, whereby if a user wears this training shirt 1, he/she can justly do an exercise according to the menu in a place where he/she is presently doing the exercise through referring to the illustration 2, if necessary. |
