PRODUCTION PROCESS OF ULTRA HIGH SI STEEL SHEET

PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of ultra high Si steel sheet which uses physical deposition to vaporize pure silicone and treat diffusing temperature instead of chemical deposition so that it figures out pollution and corrosion by chemical deposition. CONSTITUTION: The production process of ultra high Si steel sheet comprises the steps of: (i) washing Si steel sheet and eliminating impurities on the surface; (ii) keeping temperature of steel sheet at 200-1400deg.C to radiate an electronic beam; (iii) vacuum depositing silicone at 2.2-15.5% range against Si steel sheet on a basis of both sides total thickness on the surface of Si steel sheet; and (iv) thermally treating the steel sheet with silicone deposited at 900-1200deg.C.
