PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recorder capable of managing temperatures and humidities by a plurality of alarming conditions. SOLUTION: The recorder 13 has measuring sensors 14 and 19 for measuring food temperatures, or temperatures and/or humidities of the food surroundings. The recorder is provided with a CPU 28. The CPU 28 records measured data based on the measurement by the measuring sensors 14 and 19 while relating the data with a time lapse, and displays the data. Moreover, the CPU 28 sets a management reference as the alarming condition composed of a change of the temperature and/or the humidity, or a combination of the change and the time lapse to monitor the measured data. When temperature data and/or humidity data based on the measurement by the measuring sensors 14 and 19 fall under the management reference, the CPU 28 generates an alarm. The CPU 28 can set a plurality of management references to the measuring sensors 14 and 19 beforehand.
