PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality diagnosis device capable of easily installing a vibration detection means additionally without taking a measure for reducing signal attenuation and remodeling an existing device. SOLUTION: An AE sensor 19 on which oil prevention treatment is applied is charged into an oil bath 3 adjacent to a bearing 2, and the AE sensor 19 detects vibration for propagating lubricating oil in the oil bath 3, inputs a detection signal into an abnormality diagnosis means 7, and diagnoses an abnormality based on a situation of vibration. The AE sensor 19 can be installed without applying silicone grease to it and remodeling the existing device.
