The present invention relates to a paint composition for coating nonferrous metal and a coated article. More specifically, the present invention relates to a paint composition for coating nonferrous metal, which includes an acryl-based polyol resin or a polyester resin, block polyisocyanate, a melamine-based resin, an epoxy resin, and a silane compound, thereby exhibiting improved physical properties including adhesiveness to nonferrous metal, corrosion resistance, drug resistance, bendability, wear resistance, hardness, and scratch properties.
