LASER DIODE MODULE

The present invention relates to a laser diode module which collects light of multiple laser diodes and outputs the light in a high level. The laser diode module includes: a base substrate; a stepped sub mount formed in a stepped form to have a first mount area exposed to the upper side and mounted on the base substrate, a second mount area exposed to the upper side by being separated from the rear side of the first mount area to the upper side, and a third mount area exposed to the upper side by being separated from the rear side of the second mount area to the upper side; a first laser diode mounted on the first mount area and emitting the light; a second laser diode mounted on the second mount area and emitting the light; a third laser diode mounted on the third mount area and emitting the light; a collection lens installed on the base substrate and collecting the light emitted from the first to third laser diodes; and an optical fiber mounted on the base substrate to guide the light radiated by being collected by the collection lens. The laser diode module has the three laser diodes in a single package and can output the light emitted from the each laser diode through the optical fiber by collecting the light using the collection lens. Therefore, a structure of the laser diode module can be simplified.
