PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential limiting-device for a rough terrain vehicle comprising a differential device, capable of changing the differential limiting torque transmission by manual operation without changing a driving posture of a rider in various traveling situations and revolving situations. SOLUTION: This differential limiting device for the rough terrain vehicle with the differential device, comprises a differential limiting mechanism 31 capable of changing the differential limiting torque, and a differential limiting operation lever 21 rotatably mounted within a range manually operatable from a hand grip 15. The differential limiting operation lever 21 is interlocked and connected to a cam plate 72 of the differential limiting mechanism 31 to change the differential limiting torque corresponding to the gripping amount of the differential limiting operation lever 21. A locking projection 150 is formed on the differential limiting operation lever as a stopper mechanism for locking the rotation of the differential limiting operation lever 21 in the application of a predetermined maximum differential limiting torque, and a stopper face 151 is formed on a lever holder 131.
