PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work treated with photocatalyst whose surface is treated with a photocatalyst which has sterilization properties by a photocatalyst function body and organic substance decomposition properties (deodorization properties) and can be removed as required. SOLUTION: The work treated with photocatalyst is composed of a base material and a photocatalyst coat which is formed on the surface of the base material and comprises at least the photocatalyst function body of a powdered photo-semiconductor and a water-soluble binder or a binder soluble in a prescribed solvent.
