Described are a method and a device regarding techniques of cross-die interface (CDI) snoop and/or global observation (GO) (or completion) message ordering. In an embodiment, the order of a snoop message and a completion message is determined based on a state of two or more bits. The snoop message and the completion message are exchanged between a first integrated circuit die and a second integrated circuit die. The first integrated circuit die and the second integrated circuit die are coupled by first and second interfaces. The snoop message and the completion message are exchanged by at least one of the first and second interfaces. The other embodiments are disclosed. |
