PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liner for a welding torch capable of stabilizing welding quality by improving feeding of a welding wire. SOLUTION: In the liner for the welding torch which is composed in a winding wire shape and houses movably the welding wire in the inside, an interval of the winding wire is set larger than 0.2 mm. Also, in the liner for the welding torch which is composed in the winding wire shape and houses movably the welding wire in the inside, the liner is covered with a heat shrinkable tube.
