PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple structured CT apparatus capable of taking a number of slices in a short period of time. SOLUTION: In the CT apparatus, the helical scanning is executed by using a cone beam and X-ray projection data are detected by a two-dimensional detector in parallel with the helical scanning, The cone beam is regarded as a parallel beam to the thickness of the slice, and 360 degree projection data at one slice position and the adjacent position are selected from among the projection data. Then, based on the selected data, the restructure in the regular convolution back-projection method is executed in parallel with the helical scanning.
