PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a target device and a ball hitting game apparatus which enable capturing of balls hit and facilitates the checking of a location of hitting. SOLUTION: A ball capturing part is arranged to be so elastic as to absorb impact caused by the hitting of a ball and so sticky as to stick the ball thereon. The ball capturing part is provided with recessed parts to let the ball be captured. The ball capturing part is provided with a number of dimples as recessed parts as mentioned above.
