PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable winning device having good assembling workability and capable of being assembled without damaging a decorative design face. SOLUTION: This variable winning device for a Pachinko game machine is provided with a decorative design plate 2 having a large winning port 6 opened or closed by an opening/closing door 5, a body case 3 fixed to the back face side of the decorative design plate 2 and storing mechanical parts and electric parts opening or closing the opening/closing door 5 to detect winning balls, a cover body 4 fitted to cover the upper section of the body case 3. A plurality of storage chambers partitioned by partition plates are formed in the body case 3 to mount and store the mechanical parts and electric parts from above. Fitting holes 3e and 4b are bored on the edge sections of the body case 3 and the cover body 4 in the vertical direction to the plane, and fitting screws 29 are screwed, fastened, and fixed from above into the fitting holes, with the body case 3 covered with the cover body 4.
