PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold-forging machine with which deformed parts, such as cam, can be formed at high precision with the cold-forging and thus, finishing work with a cutting machine after forging, is not required an high productivity can be obtained at a low cost. SOLUTION: This cold-forging machine is provided with a forging machine main body 1 for forming a formed product having a prescribed shape by forging with dies 5-9 facing to punches 11-15 respectively and a drawer 19 having drawing dies supplying a bar-type blank A into the forging machine main body 1 while deforming it into a cross sectional shape in the formed product by a plastic process. The blank A1 formed with the drawer 19, is supplied to a cutter arranged in the forging machine main body 1 to cut the blank A1, and then, the cut blanks are supplied into the confronting dies 5-9 and punches 11-15 respectively.
