PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stroke variable slide device which can be manufactured at a low cost, and realizes zero (or very small) phase difference and eccentricity difference between a slide and a dynamic balancer after the stroke is changed. SOLUTION: In this variable stroke slide device 1 comprising a crank shaft 2 having an eccentric part 2B for driving the DB on a center part and an eccentric part 2A for driving the slide on both sides thereof, an eccentric bush 5 for driving the slide which is fixed to the eccentric part 2A for driving the slide by interference fit, an eccentric bush 8 for driving the DB which is fixed to the eccentric part 2B for driving the DB by interference fit, a releasing means 20 for releasing each interference fit, and a regulating means 30 for regulating the turn of the eccentric bushes 5 and 8 when each interference fit is released, the eccentric bush 5 for driving the slide is connected to the eccentric bush 8 for driving the DB by a Oldham's coupling system using a center disk 11.
