PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding die for a noble metal clay that does not deform a molding due to deformation of the die and helps cut burrs overhanging from a molding recess simultaneously with molding. SOLUTION: A strip molding recess 2 to fill a noble metal clay S is formed in a hard base member 1, profile erect walls 3 and 3 are erected at the opposite side edges of the strip molding recess 2, the upper ends of the profile erect walls are formed into pointed edges 30 and 30, and a scale 4 displaying the length of the strip molding recess by the number of a ring, taking into account of a shrinkage allowance of the noble metal clay.
