PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently dissolve a powder detergent into a high concentration and to spray it onto the washing. SOLUTION: A detergent agitating blade 33 is arranged in a detergent dissolving container 32 provided with a powder detergent placing net bottom 32f with a net of 35-45 meshes at a position close to a bottom part and while a detergent dissolving water with an amount of 1/16-1/40 of the amount of the washing water is fed, the detergent agitating blade 33 is rotated to form a detergent liquid with a high concentration and it is fed into a washing tank from an overflow hole 32h for the detergent liquid with the high concentration provided on the top part of the detergent dissolving container and an outlet 32e for the washing water formed on the underside of the detergent placing net bottom.
